We are now ready to begin processing refunds. Refund checks will be mailed. To receive a refund check you MUST do the following:

1. Send us an e-mail from the contact us link on the site.
2. In the message put the amount you have already paid us. In most cases this will be $60. But a few of you have paid more. (we will check this on our records and call you if there are any disputes).
3. Put the mailing address of where you would like the check mailed.
4. Contact phone numbers.
5. All checks will be made out to the person who booked the party. Let us know if there is a special reason why this should be diffrent.
6. Party parent names who booked the party, and childs name the party was booked for.
7. The date the party was booked.

Good news! We received the advance check on our insurance payment Saturday. We will issue refunds to customers who paid their entire party in full first, then those who only paid the deposit. I hope to have more information about this sometime tomorrow.

We spoke with our adjustor yesterday on site. We asked if we can get an advance on our insurance payout so that we can start refunds. He said that should not be a problem and would get back to us. Waiting to hear back. Msg Posted 9/11/08
Gustav damaged our building a lot worse than we previously thought, and the rain and wind from Ike are not helping. At this time we do not have an estimate on when we will be open again. Sadly, we have to cancel all parties that are currently on our books and we are not booking any parties until further notice. We are making a claim with our insurance company on our Business Interruption insurance so that we can refund all deposits. Please check back here for further details on refunds. Thank you for your patience as we are working day and night to reopen our business better than it was before.

Jumping Kids was hit by Hurricane Gustav. Our Electricity will be out for an estimated 3 to 4 weeks. As we receive updates from the Electric company we will let you know.
Currently, all parties on the books are postponed until further notice and we are not booking any parties at this time. Thank you for your patience as we get back on our feet from the Hurricane. Please check this website for new updates.
