FAQ's

Q: How many guests may come to my party?
A: For each play section we can comfortably accommodate about 30-40 children plus adults.

Q: What if I have more than the allowed number of children for my package?
A: There is an additional $10 charge for every child over the amount included in your package. (16 children for our Basic & Mega Jump packages and a minimum of 16 for our Adult parties.)

Q: Will there be someone in the party room to serve my cake/pizza/etc.?
A: Yes! Even though it is ultimately each parents job to ensure children are following the rules, each party will be assigned 1-2 Party Helpers which will help supervise the children in the play area as well as help serve food and drinks in the party room.

Q: Can I bring my own food?
A: No food that has to be heated or prepared (in any way) is allowed, nor can you have pizza delivered or brought in. (No crock pots, heating elements, etc.) We allow items such as chips and dip, sandwich trays, fruit & veggie trays, cookies, or candy. If there is something that you are unsure of please ask ahead of time. No exceptions. Thank you.

Q: Can I bring alcohol for the adults?
A: NO alcohol is allowed in our facility at anytime for any reason.

Q: When do I need to know the final number of children attending the party?
A: We do not need a final head count as to the fact that you are responsible for knowing the amount of pizza you will need as well as cake. (We always have plenty of drinks, paper goods, party favors, and ice cream on hand.)

Q: When do I need to arrive?
A: We will have everything setup for you ahead of time and anything that you may be bringing a party helper will setup for you at the appropriate time. Most likely, another party will be finishing in the play area. So if you arrive early you will not be allowed to enter the play area until the exact time that your party begins. Arriving early will only prolong your waiting time. If you would like to come early 5-10 minutes will be plenty.

Q: Do I need to bring my own paper products?
A: For your convenience we provide plates, cups, napkins and tablecloths in a "party" theme.

Q: What if I want a themed party (Barbie, Transformers etc.)?
A: Feel free to bring your own paper products for any theme you choose. (We can provide a Themed cake for an additional $10)

Q: Can I bring my own decorations?
A: Most decorations are acceptable for use, however being that we try to keep our rooms looking wonderful we DO NOT allow anything to be stapled, tacked, or glued to our walls. You may use sticky tack to hang light items to the walls or you can tape items to the tables or chairs. We will not remove our decorations from the walls.

Q: What if more/less children show up the day of the party after I have placed my order for pizza, and cake.
A: The cake is ordered a week before your party and cannot be changed the day of your party. Pizza is made in our facility and more can be ordered up to the time of your party. We have found that it is always better to order extra if you are unsure, and if you have leftovers we will box them up for you to take home.

Q: What if I want more than a 2-hour party?
A: For scheduling purposes the party can only be two hours. You may purchase additional 30 minute time increments for $50.00 THIS ONLY APPLIES TO THE FIRST AND LAST PARTY SESSIONS OF THE DAY, AND MUST BE SCHEDULED AHEAD OF TIME!

Q: How many parties will be going on at the time of my party?
A: Our party packages include PRIVATE use of the section you booked. There may be a party in another play section, or the party room, but they rotate such that there is no co-mingling of the parties.

Q: How big is the Cookie Cake? How many cupcakes do I get?
A: Jumping Kids Cookie Cakes are approximately 12"x14" and are cut into 25 pieces aprox 2.5" x2.5"in size. The Mega package comes with either a Cookie Cake or 24 cupcakes. You may add on additional cupcakes or another cake (for a fee) up to 3 days in advance. All Jumping Kids Cookie Cakes and Cupcakes are now baked on location to provide maximum quality and freshness for your party!

Q: What if I want to bring my own cake? Will my package price decrease?
A: You may bring your own cake and for the Mega Jump package we will deduct $20.

Q: Do you have any other food?
A: YES! We have recently started serving buffalo wings in our snack area along with our pizza, snowballs, drinks, and other snacks.

Q: Do you charge for siblings of party guests?
A: Any child who is of walking age and playing is considered a "guest" of the party and will be added to the guest list. (examples: jumping, eating, or receiving party favors)

Q: Am I allowed to tip the Party Helpers?
A: Tipping is not required. However if you feel that a member of our staff did an outstanding job in helping your party run smoothly, please feel free to tip.

Q: What do I have to do to reserve a party time?
A: All of our packages require a $50.00 deposit (no times are held without a deposit). This $50.00 is subtracted from the total cost of the party, the remainder is paid the day of the party. We accept cash, credit & debit cards. NO CHECKS please.(credit/debit card deposits may be done by phone).

Q: What if I need to cancel my party? Is my deposit refundable?
A: No, all party deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if you would like to move your party to a different date or time you may do so as long as the change is made at least 14 days before your original party date. You have 60 days to reschedule your party before the deposit is forfeited.

Q: How far in advance should I book my event?
A: Friday, Saturday and Sunday time slots fill up fast. To get the date and time you want, it is advisable to book your event 2 months in advance. However, we will always try to accommodate even the most immediate need with an available time slot.

Q: WILL I BE ABLE TO USE THE PARTY ROOM AND PLAY AREA FOR THE FULL 2 HOURS?
A: NO, You will have 1 hr 15 min first in the play area and then your party will move to the party room for 45 minutes where we will do cake, ice cream, open presents etc. (Adult party package: 1 hr. in Play area, 30 min in party room.)
*Please note all drinks included in your party package will be served in the party room time only.

Q: When I reserve one section of Jumping Kids, does the age of my guests matter?
A: Frequently, the birthday child may have older or younger siblings or relatives. It is up to you which side of the facility you reserve. Kids of all ages have fun in both sections. There may be one or two inflatables in either section that might be a little too young for older guests, and vice versa but several work for all ages. For safety purposes, we try to avoid having very small children jumping in an inflatable with much larger children at the same time and the party helpers willl help keep an eye on this. Being that there are numerous inflatables everyone has plenty to play on.

Q: During the party can my other children play in the 'Playtime section'?
A: Children are allowed to play in the Playtime section only if you pay for admission and are being supervised by an adult.

Q: What if I want to reserve both sections (Basic and Mega Packages Only).
A: If you want to reserve the 2 front sections (10 inflatables) you can. To do this you will have to pay to reserve both sections (It is like booking 2 parties at the same time.) By doing this you will also be allowed to have up to 32 children before being charged the additional fee.

Q: I’m confused - if it is a 2 hour party why do they start every hour and fifteen minutes?
A: Your party will spend an hour and fifteen minutes in the jumping area, after which you move to your party room. While you are in the party room, another party may begin in the bouncing area.

Q: What is an Adult party?
A: Adult parties are for birthdays or events with guests primarily aged 18 and up.
An adult party has a minimum of 16 guests and a maximum of 30 guests. Guests for an adult party will play for 1 hour and have the private party room for 30 minutes. Also, no ice cream is included in the private party room like in the Basic and Mega party options. These parties can only be scheduled Monday – Sunday evenings. (Anyone entering the facility under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed in.)

Q:Since it is called an Adult party, is there an age restriction for the guests?
A: No, any age may come to jump. However, everyone attending is considered a guest, including the adults, and counts towards the 16min/30max guest count.

Q: Why the goat in Jumping Kids?
A: It is a pun based on the fact that in the scientific community "Kids" are young goats. Also, one of the owner's has several pet goats and was surprised to find that young goat kids and children jump and play together in similar manners. Thus, Gary and Carrie the Goat were born :)
